With Pool
• Monitoring and balancing water condition
• Weekly pool cleaning
• Monitoring chemicals
• Supply of chemicals and cleaning equipment
Silver package includes
Without Pool
• Bill handling and mail forwarding
• Accepting deliveries checking invoices and goods
• Obtaining quotes and overseeing work
• Homecoming hamper - silver standard
With Pool
• Cleaning pool surrounds
• Cleaning outside kitchen and BBQ areas

Gold package includes
Without Pool
• Arrival Clean including (up to 3 times per year)
• Appliance Check - Pre-season and end of season
• Homecoming hamper - gold standard
• Meet & Greet (3 times per year)
• Fortnightly garden maintenance off season
• Weekly garden maintenance in season
• Car hire arrangement
• End of season clean inc poolside furniture and storing away on premises
• Obtaining quotes minor repairs and maintenance up to €50 included (limitations apply)
• Call out service (during working hours 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.)
