The hire car you arranged through Artemis was very reasonable, and we enjoyed staying at your recommended hotel in Paleochora. The accommodation you found us for the remaining ten days was comfortable, clean and beautifully located. I'd certainly recommend your services to anyone coming to western Crete: we could just relax and unwind while you did all the arranging! Pity you couldn't fix the weather the day we arrived, but otherwise the sun shone.

The house was beautifully clean when we arrived at the beginning of May and we were very pleased to find the swimming pool cleaned, refilled and functioning again, despite the issues with the water supply over the preceeding days. On the subject of water, thanks too for coordinating local concerns, dealing with Greek-speaking officials through your team, and keeping us informed when the supply failed while we were there!
As we said when we first discussed what we are looking for, we need someone on the spot who can act as a trusted agent rather than just keep an eye on our place and we believe we have found such a person.
